“Prices are great and the click and collect system is excellent. Register your car when ordering and when you drive in the screen shows you've arrived and where you need to be. Coffee is drinkable and free. There is a but and that is check your order; really, print out the order list and take it and a pen with you. My order had several mistakes including one pipe clip and not 1 pack of 100 clips. Will definitely use them again.”

“Your website is a bit clunky - prone adding random items that weren’t selected. Had to wait to be served despite ordering online and providing my reg no. The sign directed me where to park - all very impressive but then I hung around and nothing happened. The wait at the desk was improved with the free coffee. The site is immaculate and very impressive. Staff are helpful and friendly”

“This is the first time I've used Built and I was very impressed with ordering online then driving through the store and collecting my order, they did seem a little short on staff and I had to wait a while, but it was worth it as the prices were the best I could find in the area and the staff member that I dealt with was very friendly. I would definitely recommend them to friends.”

“My first order was delivered a little late but management were very helpful in giving me the £50 credit they promise when delivering late. The goods appeared to be up to standard, though i have to say some of the timbers were bow. overall i would say the service and goods are acceptable and the price is very good”

“This was my first time using built. Nice and easy to place order on line with very competitive prices. Was expecting slightly quicker service when I arrived. Had to wait about half an hour to go and collect my order but the guys picking my order were an absolute legend, assisted with loading my car dispite being a very awkward load. One item was out of stock dispite ordering online a week earlier. However the guys sorted me a replacement, and refunded the out of stock item. All in all fantastic customer service at the warehouse, if not a little slow to get started.”

“Delivery was within 48hours of the order. Would be 5 * but delivery was 2 hours late, however they did call to let me know there was a break down.”
