“Great service great stock but a couple of bags of plaster was open but as we had 21 bags not to bad. Was very impressed that everything I asked for the member of staff that I spoke to on the phone knew exactly what I wanted”

“Excellent company, good prices, quick delivery, excellent customer service, would have been 5 stars but had a couple of little issues with delivery mistakes but I have to say they were out right with no problem and an excellent attitude towards customer service. Would 100% use again”

“easy to place order, although slight problems with delivery due to site access we were kept fully informed and our rock salt was delivered on the agreed day. When phoning BUILT staff were very helpful and although couldn't confirm delivery there & then they did call us back promptly. will use in future & recommend.”

“It was a dodgy start with my first order not turning up. But to their credit I was fully informed, compensated and apologised to. Theres nothing worse than your goods not turning up and nobody has a clue what's going on. I was told in advance my order was going to be late, an apology made and a solution offered. I can work with that. You never know how good a company is until it all goes wrong, I felt BUILT handled it exceptionally well, and for that reason alone I'll be back.”

“Excellent customer service in store, good range of products at competitive prices, customers have ordered materials to their house and have only had one late delivery (beyond control) which they were kept informed about. Website hit and miss and index in catalogue is very poor and could do with a bit more time spending on it.”

“Product served its purpose. Would be useful if it gave the depth of the bowl interior of the hooks and also the distance between the holes, but it's nothing a bit of drilling can't fix in order to adjust the rail. The delivery was extremely quick and efficient and the driver was really helpful and friendly.”

“Like the confidence of shopping on line on no delivery charge on relatively small orders. Product quality has been good and have recommended to others. Only a 4 star due to 2 deliveries being late but appreciate that the company compensates this.”
