“Shopped a dress on sale from bunaai,I followed the size chart n purchased the dress... however on receiving the dress,I found it smaller than the size ordered (I took the measurements of the dress received with a measuring tape). Further the dress was defective too as a dori was torn.I called up the customer care and requested for an exchange for a bigger size,but they balantly refused an exchange since the dress was on sale.I have vowed not to purchase from this site anymore,as the product delivered is not worth the money they charge for,not to mention about horrible customer service”
