But because of their return policy customer cant do anything this... Always think before u buy from bunaai.... I don't know Kaun log hai jo bunaai ke products ko Accha kehte hai... Isse Acchi finishing tho normal tailor deta hai”

“Extremely horrible costomer service! I ordered 2 suits - one M and one L if the sane design for myself and my sister but the problem was with the design that it wasn't going below the shoulders. When I complained I was told that they could only offer an exchange of another size of the same design which would have been useless again. Disgusting experience. I have informed all my friends and colleagues to beware of BUNAAI !!!”
“Ordered a suit for the the first time in Bunaai. Liked the feel of the suit but the size was smaller than expected from other brands. Wanted to exchange for a bigger size but was told by the customer care that since it was in sale I'll have to pay the full amount if I wanted an exchange which is a 1000 bucks more plus I'll have to ship the product back at my own cost to their address. I feel that for first time customer there has to be a consideration as the size may not be as expected. Grossly disappointed!”
