“Extremely poor customer care and return policy. You are buying product online without trial and once it doesn’t fit then they make you realise that they have very opaque return policy, where most of the product can’t be returned/exchanged. Even if by any chance it can be returned then you are suppose to pay shipping. It seems they don’t have any supply chain in place.”
