“The quality js rray good, but replacement and refund policies are not easy, please work on that and make it easy for us. There is no refund policy, but that's ok coz if the quality and same as discribed or shown in the pic, no one would return.
I wanted to replace for size, as the size was 1 size larger than what it is usually for same sizes. As per Bunaai policy one would need to courier the product themselves, pay for it and there is no one taking the guarantee what if it is lost after courier. So I got it altered from my local tailor rather than sending them back with my own risk.
Apart from the above issue there is nothing else to complain about. Giving full 5 star for the comfort, quality and colour.”
