“Horrible experience. This brand is unethical and cheats customers by sending defective items in sale. I ordered two suits worth 4000 in sale! Yes, it's very overpriced. Products came in defective. I promptly shared pictures of the defect and instead of apologizing for sending poor quality stuff in sale, their customer service just won't replace or refund. Very unprofessional and not at all worth your time and money!”
“Very off measurements; bought Green Bandhani suit but material is so thick cotton, no glaze, color of Pant and dupatta is different. Also around Arm measurement it's so big. We can't easily exchange or return products purchased. Not at all satisfied with my purchased it's not value for money at all. Be aware before ordering from them. My dress cost was Rs. 3500 and on top of that I'll have to spend money for alteration. Not so happy, won't purchase again until they implement easy returns/exchange policy.”
