The policies of this website are not at all feasible for the customers. As per thier customer care ifyou wish to seek a replacement or exchange policy, you have to send the stuff through your own courier and Bunai wont send their boy for the same. This is the first time i am seeing an online website where customer has been asked to send the parcel and bear all the delivery charges on their own. First their stuff is expensive and second in case you wish to change the stuff they are not at all co operative unlike myntra or Amazon.
