“I've suffered for a long time with bank bureaucracy and other issues. Recently I came across Bunq and I found out they offer customers to open a bank account online.
I was surprised and I really opened a bank account remotely and 5 minutes was enough for this action. Registration was smooth and without problems. As soon as I passed registration, I got a free trial for 30 days. Thanks for that! =)”
“I like the concept and I like the features they have created and offered with the various plans of account type. This made me sign up and open a banking account with bunq.
I was expecting a much smoother experience than the one I had…
First, the verification process takes much more time than it is supposed to take. I waited for three days to get my account approved. During this time I tried to contact their customer support and it was not much of a help. All they told me was that I will receive a notification as soon as my documents were reviewed.
Bunq must improve its onboarding process.”
