“I left a review already on both products I got, so you don't have to publish this one, this is mostly to alert you to how I feel about it. Both products, Green Borneo and White Maeng Da were both some of the weakest I have gotten in a LONG TIME. Disappointed doesn't cover it, because this is an investment I can't really afford, but usually it helps so much it has become a necessity. Before you say anything about tolerance and such, be aware I have been a customer for a long time and have a kilo of VERY GOOD stuff that I got from you a couple years back to compare it with. (Only use it occasionally for bad pain.) Your quality has gone downhill pretty bad in the last couple years. Not sure if it is weak product or just old stuff that has been sitting around too long. I know it varies but this has been fairly consistent now for a while. Throughout I have given good reviews until this time. Costs too much to be so disappointed with.”

“I order regularly from Flavourz and I am usually satisfied with the product; however, the last kilo I ordered has some unpleasant qualities. There are hard clumps throughout the batch and I get feelings of nausea after ingesting. I have never had product like this before nor felt nauseous like I do from this batch. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch but that would be a lot of bad product to ship to someone. For the kind of money I spend with this company I expect every batch to be top quality. The capsules I ordered are great.”

“First bad experience. They gave me 20 in my wallet but I still had to throw out the entire package cuz of possible contamination because the package was damaged in shipping. Not their fault for the shipping damage.”

“the package was not vacuumed sealed this time, and it was crammed into a plastic envelope that I was not able to open with out cutting open the package. the kratom that was sent is not as strong as the previous order.”

“I’ve been a long-time and happy customer. However, recently the Yellow Vietnam has not been Yellow Vietnam (I’ve been taking it for a long time and I know when the strains aren’t as advertised). The shipping used to come out of South Carolina but has now been coming from Texas and the shipping times are much longer. And not just because of Covid. They take up to two to three days just to get it to the post office). Unfortunately I’ve had to change vendors. They offer better strains, cheaper prices, and various shipping options.”

“This order was pretty much a bummer, because the foil pouch had been cut, and tons of powder had been lost by the time the package got to me. I weighed what I got and ended up receiving about .7 kilos. But I’ll try again. In general it’s a good product and a good company.”

“Generally, I have a pretty good experience going through your company. Unfortunately this time there was a problem. I always order the Red Maeng Da because I've tried them all and it works the best for me. This time when the package came it had the Red Bali in it. I didn't notice it until I had tried it so I had opened the bag already. The problem is that the Red Bali doesn't work as well as the Red Maeng Da for me. I'm guess that I'm going to have to read the little name tag the next time I order. 05/10/2020”

“I received 2 different .5kg of red Bali (batch # 10-1230)one week apart they were both great! so I reordered and got the same red Bali... same batch 10-1230 and it was a completely different color and the taste was not even close... I also got a half kg of red meang da... different strain same taste same color same smell same product as the red Bali... why have batch numbers or different stains?”

Hey there, first off, thanks for being a customer, we truly appreciate it! About batch numbers - The batch numbers are based on testing, not product type or strain, or anything else. Our products arrive at the testing facility as a "lot". A lot generally contains different strains etc., basically, whatever is needed to replenish inventory. The lab takes small samples of everything in that lot and creates a larger testing sample and runs its many tests against that. The testing comes out good, and that entire lot is marked with that batch number. Taste and smell - This is going to be an issue with any truly organic product. Think of organic fruits or vegetables; the sizes will be different, the color not consistent, even often, there will be a difference with the taste. Meaning, each organic apple will be different than the one before. They are still all a Granny Smith Apple, but will not be exactly the same. While this is something our entire industry contends with, it's also something we have been actively working on. We are close to having a solution for this as well.
