“I have been ordering from this site for a couple years now and will continue to do so. The only thing is the last few orders have been incredibly chunky. Is that normal? I am just worried that moisture is getting in and could cause bacteria to grow. Maybe that normally happens but it's annoying none the less.”

“hi, ive been using the pill form, now for couple months, and works well for my back no pain at all... great product.... im happy to see arrangements have been made with fedex instead usps.....BUT IM SAD THAT THE PRICE OF THE PILL FORM HAS GONE UP 10 BUX AND IM WONDERING WHY THAT HAPPEN ..... IT WAS 59.99 NOW 69.99 THAT LITTLE TO MUCH FOR 1.1LBS OF KRATOM”

“Didnt seem to be as strong as last batch. I'm hoping the next is. It was still better than the competition! And I would definitely recommend this to you to use! On top of that the service is top notch! The best out of all I've used, but, I miss the little extra goody bag she used to send, that locked me in! It was above and beyond, showed a level of love and caring for the customer you rarely get anymore.”

“There products have always been top notch this last bags quality was no good it was not active at all except in very high doses and it was still very subtle. I didn't leave a horrible review because they have a satisfaction guarantee and they have always been good to me, so hopefully the replacement is better.”

“I've ordered products from several suppliers with varying degrees of success. I prefer Flavourz because of their extremely fast delivery times and bulk pricing options. While they claim to test all products, I have noticed a decline in product potency compared to some other suppliers. They could improve by posting the actual mitragynine content of each strain.”

“This has been my go to supplier for over 2 years now. The shipping time is great and most of the time the product is great. The potentcy will vary from batch to batch and order to order, but most of the time the potentcy is what should be expected. I have received 2 orders where the batch was not as potent as the previous batches, but what can you expect. Overall, I will not change to a different supplier and will continue to use Flavourz as long as they are around. I would like a little more consistency in the quality of the product. If Flavourz has recently changed their own supplier, I would highly suggest they return to the previous supplier as it was much better.”

“Usually pretty good but every one in a while the Kratom has no potency and does very little to help my pain. I usually get both the red and green MeangDa ... Shipping is usually pretty fast and r service is through email and I haven’t contacted them yet but last time they said I can return the product as long as there is 3/4 off purchase left. The product potency is very inconsistent but the price and company is overall great.”

“Excellent quantity for the price. Quality is good but sometimes the Kratom is very lumpy in the bag and will get caught in your throat if you are not careful. Not all bags are like this and I have no idea what causes it. Shipping time is still good but it used to be better. I imagine this is the fault of the postal service and not flavourz. Overall flavourz offers a good product at an excellent price.”

“Kratom is average, sometimes you get great quality then other times it is not the same. I wish that it was more consistent. They used to have very fast shipping but now it is not. I used to receive the kratom in 3 days now it has been averaging 7. Cost is great and its the reason I gave a 4 star other than that I would rate it 3 stars.”

“Good product. Good business practice. Glitchy website. I've been purchasing from Flavourz for a year and a half or more. I only had an issue one time. I was shipped 2 instead of 3 kilos. They corrected it quickly, once I was able to contact them. The website is sometimes "janky," and you can't do what you want to, like send a message or look at your history, or even order. This has not been a problem over the last four months though. I like very much that they now take VISA, and without charges. When the website isn't locked, I'm happy.”

“Quality and price are good, however my last few orders have contained very hard chunks that don't easily break apart. I always order White Borneo and sometimes it seems as though it's mis-labeled and in fact, not White Borneo (no way to be sure though).”
