“Such an easy business to deal with. Placed order Wednesday night after COB. Delivered 500kms away. Delivered Tuesday morning the following week. Spectacular.”
“Great experience - I found what I wanted at a really good price and had it delivered within a couple of days. Doesn't get much better than than! I will certainly use them again.”
“I brought a Samsung 65" Neno OLED from Buy-Smart recently and I am very happy with it. First, I been checking same model on the internet ... and all of them quote over 40% from Buy-Smart offering. I called Samsung for a price match that they can not. I was worry, but I am thinking give it a go so I use my card to purchase over their website. Immediately they send me the invoice as well as delivery details. They delivery on my request day and their deliver guy even arrange the time they arrive so that I don't have to stay at home to wait. The TV arrived in good shape, and I never so happy with a purchase especially 40% cheaper than the others.”
“Very impressed with Buy Smarte. Helpful, friendly staff and great service.
We had a warranmty issue with the projector we purchased and they sorted out a replacement with no fuss very quickly.”
“I am very happy with the whole experience of purchasing a TV from you, the process was easy and a particular shout out to the delivery men, they were polite and kept me informed up until delivery was completed. One small annoyance was that it was delivered between the times that I wrote in the special instructions not to be delivered, but all o.k I still have given 5 stars.”
“So impressed with the service and fast delivery. I was looking for a specific monitor and this was the only place I found it. Communication about delivery was excellent. All round great experience and will buy from then again.”
“The Price great and the Product great and the delivery, install and removal of old machine and packaging was efficient and done with fantastic customer service. So happy, would definitely recommend Buy Smarte.”
