Very dissatisfied! Bought the voucher for a specific date and venue, only to be told by the venue that they do not accept this voucher, and that they had asked for it to be removed from their website, 2 messages now to try and get a refund, with no communication, so out of pocket and out of a deal I wanted! Please respond to my request for a refund Buyagift!!!!

Purchased a voucher to go to Eden project. Can’t get through the phone lines to book my experience! Can’t get through to speak to anyone regarding my order. There’s up to a 45 Minute wait on the phone line for a refund! It’s an absolute joke! I just want a refund.

Voucher download to my phone keeps saying download corrupted. After I tried downloading to a pc and that seemed ok. All seems awfully complicated to use the voucher.

Bought voucher , try to book with activities. Event holder not taking the voucher. So sent an email about it and ask for advice. But no received any suggestions, I will cancel this soon

I placed and paid for a order, told I would have a code sent me within 24 hours. Weeks later I'm still waiting I only ordered a door number plate. May be someone could help me.......

Sorry but very bad experience. Have applied for full refund because no replies from yourselves or 001 adventures regarding my issue with dates etc.I am giving it until Wednesday 9th June for response for refund and if I don't hear I will be getting in touch with my credit card company to deal with

Easy to buy the vouchers but anything but easy to try and book the experience - keep emailing buyagift but get no response, very annoyed!!

I have been trying to contact you for over a week, I get one email back, and still don't get an answer, tried ringing but after 30 minutes gave up, just need help changing my vouchers which can not do on line

Did not receive my order due to no delivery on a Saturday?? When I specifically put the date required on my order request. This was not stated on the website. Cancelled this order now. Very disappointed, very poor!!

I'm sorry to say I had a poor experience with my first purchase at Buyagift. Firstly, the voucher code did not work at the spa location I selected, it was later discovered that their website had an issue. Then, when I tried to book the tea for two at the location nearest me, the location was set to a town 100 miles away. Admittedly, there could have been a user error on my part, but I at no point selected this town nor saw that this was the location selected, therefore, I put some blame on the website. When I requested help, I was told that my voucher once used, cannot be used again. In essence, I miss out on the tea for two that I paid for.

I only bought my experience 1 week ago, I’m trying to contact you guys and also book experience via silverstone, but no luck. The email address you gave for silver stone racing is not working. I really want to book other things from you, but I have to book this first, then sort dates for hotels and meals. It was a super car driving experience.

Very unsatisfied. Never will buy again. The spa venues announced are closed down and I will have to spend more to be able to use my voucher.

Got bought a voucher for a specific venue & they have no availability unless you fancy camping in November, why sell vouchers for limited places with very limited availability???

I ordered a two night break for my best friend's 50th birthday. I deliberately went for next day delivery as I wanted it to arrive on the day of her birthday. What arrived was somebody else's gift. So she opened it and was chuffed and then I had to tell her it wasn't her present! Hers turned up 2 days later. I have complained and asked, at the very least, to have the next day delivery cost returned. I was told somebody would call me back but nobody has despite a follow up email. Extremely disappointed. Surprise for a lifelong friend ruined.

The instructions on how to redeem the voucher did not work and I was told to call the venue directly. This would’ve resulted in 20 min phone queues. It took three requests to get a refund. Buyagift were prompt and polite but they need to work on their descriptions and understand consumer rights. Sadly, I can’t recommend them however they are extremely polite and did offer an increased value voucher but this was not suitable for me.

Voucher code wouldn’t work, by the time is was sorted the experience date was taken so trying to book for husbands 40th was unsuccessful, refund took just under 36 hours so that was something. :-(

Terrible! I placed an order last week for a hamper to be delivered to South Africa. I then contacted Buyagift on Monday 12 April and I was told that due to the new EU regulations it may not be delivered. I was promised an email once they had spoken to the supplier. No email. I rang the next day on the Tuesday to be told no, it cannot be delivered then offered a refund! If this is the case surely, I shouldn’t have been able to place the order in the first place. Not impressed.
