Paid for next day delivery on a Friday. Arrived on Wednesday. Told me I wouldn’t get it refunded as it was bank holiday. Pathetic, will not use you again.

I ordered 2 Love Chocolate Selections for my granddaughters at university for Easter as they were unable to come home. That was on the 28th March and 8 days later, still not received. I am very angry, the treat totally ruined costing £58.50. Disgraceful, never again

Terrible - I booked a two night short break and we contacted 3 hotels neither of which accepted the voucher. Then we changed to a 1 night and the first hotel we contacted said they no longer accepted the voucher. Now trying to get a refund.

A friend gave me a buyagift voucher as a present . Sadly I have lost contact with him and buyagift refuse to let me use it as only the original email can. So waste of time . Buyagift should warn everyone of their terms of use in big letters .

The spa deal with meal was very misleading. I entered the area for the spa that I was looking for only to find that was for the restaurant and the spa locations were not accessible for us! I then had to spend more money for a spa location closer which didn't include the meal! So wasn't the bargain I thought it was!

Anonymous No problem with initial transaction for voucher. Problem came after when I wanted to redeem it. I bought a 2 night break for Thurnham Hall and when I tried to book there were no dates available. I went in the thurnham hall website and there was lots of availability. I took screenshots and sent to buyagift; no response yet but it’s been a week

Selecting, paying for and downloading the gift voucher was easy - happy about that. Redeeming the voucher, making the booking was not, as the supplier's website does not recognise the code - not at all happy with that

Honestly worst customer service ever. The sad part is I already had a bad experience in the past but this was around 2 years ago. This time I saw many people commenting on an offer posted on the hot uk deals app and thought let me give it a go again. So disappointed. I think Iv learnt my lesson!

I purchased a gift for my mum and dad for Christmas as a present. This voucher expires in April and as we all know due to the current climate they aren’t able to go before then. Buy a gift team members when I purchased the gifts told me that I would be able to push the date further on if we were still in a current lockdown if that was the case. Recently as my parents have tried to change the day as they have been told they are allowed to do I’ve been told I need to exchange it for a few other options in which case are half the price of the gift I purchased for them. The way the team atbygift.com have dealt with the situation is completely ludicrous, there has been complete lack of understanding of the current situation the country is in. We have received no help and no benefit from trying to get along with the customer service team but they are indeed just throwing it back in our faces. I would never recommend buyingA gift or any other purchase of this website as I can confirm it is all in all just a scam.

Offered a 200ml Bottega Gold and Flute Set on the 31st of January, to arrive before valentines day, yet it never came. It is March now (gave it time incase it was due to covid) but no sign.

I purchased a voucher, had to download and send it to seller with an email asking for my required date for delivery (week ahead), they replied saying I had to complete a new form and that the date for delivery I had requested was unavailable and gave me alternatives, I immediately completed the new form and resent only to be sent an email a day later saying that delivery date was unavailable and they wouldn’t be able to deliver my order until a week later, missing the date I needed the order by! Ordering voucher and emailing seller does not give you any control over when product is delivered so beware if time sensitive (I was ordering a week in advance)

Don’t understand why you are selling vouchers for an over stay at Rowhill grange that run out in April knowing they cannot be used until middle of may. I have used buy a gift many many times but feel let down this time as I have three vouchers that I now have to use by June as Rowhill Grange would only extend to then.

My wife spent a considerable amount of time trying to redeem a voucher. When the day for delivery came still no contact from Piglet's Pantry. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I finally spoke to somebody who told me that hadn't processed the order because they were too busy to answer the emails! and they can't employ anyone due to COVID. This is just a lame excuse. Of course they can - you can answer emails from home and you can train them via zoom. I think they don't want the voucher business because it isn't generating enough cash. Just avoid them - there are plenty of other small business like Piglet's Pantry that need you trade. Give it to them.

I ordered an afternoon tea from Piglets Pantry on 15 February in good time, as I thought , to be delivered for a birthday on the 23rd. To date nothing has arrived (22nd). I am distinctly unimpressed
