I ordered a voucher with a gift box to be delivered. I still haven’t had confirmation that’s it’s been posted out And have contacted customer service via the form three times with no response. Really dissatisfied.

Placed my order last Wednesday & I still haven’t received it yet, wanted it for Valentines, mainly on the Saturday as my husband works away !! I also left a email aswell.

I havent recieved my item yet its been over the time period and now gift is late for the person who is meant to be receiving it.

The gift was a surprise for my friend and was delivered to her work address. However, my personal note was not included so she didn't know who it was from and more importantly 'why' I had sent it - she had to contact the company to ask. It made a special moment very flat.

I still haven’t been able to redeem my voucher. Emails not being returned and the phone number keeps saying they are on another call, call back later. If I am being charged for every time I get that message it is going to be a very expensive treat when and if I finally do get to have my afternoon tea!!

I’m really sorry to say but the recipient did not get my Personal message And didn’t know who the gift was from. I then got an email asking for me to let the recipient know my identity. In the end I had to text the person and the surprise was a bit rubbish. I am disappointed sadly.

I found the rose gift pack disappointing and postage cost very high for an envelope of leaflets, which a first class stamp would cover I use buy gift website often and I found this extremely disappointing

You obviously do NOT read your emails. I ordered and it NEVER got delivered! Even paid extra for Saturday delivery but nothing. I demand you sort it and deliver the gift I ordered for my wife and a full refund for the Saturday delivery that NEVER happened. Thank you.

Item was not delivered to default address on account and currently this is not being rectified by buyagift. Really annoyed as means i will have to pay postage to rectify their mistake. Not a happy customer

I have chosen a specific date so hopefully will be delivered I do however feel delivery cost very expensive and need to get a deal with a delivery company

Buying a hotel voucher. Next day received mail to say payment address didn't match card. Never had an issue before. Ironically the money had already left my account. Was asked to send in ID. didn't want to do this so cancelled order.
