“Engraving could have been better - not deep/thick enough, which made text quite hard to read. Handle was also slightly loose. Very quick service and delivery however, and no mistakes.”

Hi Mariano, Thanks for your feedback. We use a diamond tip to engrave which can't go into the metal too far. I'm sorry to hear it didn't quite meet your expectations. I do hope it was still a well received gift. ~Rach

“The website should give a full description, height, width and diameter, of product. I purchased a 1 pint celtic dragon tankard because in the picture it looks like its 6 to 7,1/2 inches tall but now that i have it, its only maybe 4 to 5,1/2 inches tall. It looks like a shiney coffee cup. I guess i have to buy a 2 pint tankard to get a man size cup.”

“I would have said very good but did have a problem with the system sending me three receipts so was worried had been charged 3 time as well. That said someone got back to me very quickly and reassured me everything was fine.”
