“Unfortunately, the first personalized tankard's handle broke in transit. However, I was amazed by the service that they sent a replacement out the next day and it arrived in time for the going away party. VERY professional. I was extremely happy with the service and the quality. Would very much recommend.”

“Really pleased with the product but even more pleased with the overall service. I needed to buy an engraved tankard at very short notice and was concerned that I wouldn't receive it in time. It arrived the very next day! And what was hugely impressive was the excellent level of customer service, with the team checking to make sure what I wanted could actually be produced and delivered in the timelines, offering advice, and being generally brilliant!”

“I am keeping it in the box for my daughter's graduation present from Wellesley College, outside of Boston, Massachusetts, USA. She took a play that she directed at Oxford to Edinburgh last summer so I thought that it would be fun for her to open a package from Edinburgh. The engraving is a Line from Shakespeare's Twelfth Night which was the title of her Senior Honors Thesis. Thanks so much, yes, the box arrived!!!!!!!! And I am sure what is inside is beautiful. “Very well pleased with the tankard I ordered as a christening gift for my newest grandson....and so were his parents. In fact it was identical to what his dad got as a baby 30 years before with the stork handle !! Beautifully engraved and packaged and received promptly....so thank you”

“Bought a Tankard as a colleagues retirement gift Tankard arrived very quickly despite my spam filter squireling away a query from the vendor regarding the engraving I'd requested. Once resolved they got it in the post immediately and we got it in plenty of time the next day. Tankard was good quality and engraving was well done. Recipient was blown away by it, excellent purchase, will shop here again!”

“We ordered this tankard for our godson's 18th birthday. It was perfect and arrived within a couple of days of placing the order.The engraving was as shown in the review and was great. We chose this tankard as it had the 18 key for a handle and it makes a really nice keep sake for an important day.”
