Hi Jennifer, We are so sorry that the order has not arrived with you yet. We had dispatched he tankard you had designed for your Dad's Birthday just 2 days after the order was placed, with Royal Mail 24 as requested. Royal Mail does only take 1 - 2 working days to arrive but very occasionally we it can take a little longer. I know we are working yourself and Royal Mail to trace the order for you, I am sure it will arrived safely with in the next few days, but we will always we here to help should there be a problem with it being lost in the post. As promised we will keep in touch with you to hopefully resolve this for you as quickly as we can. ~ Sam

“the quality of the tankard and engraving was superb,as for the delivery I still cannot believe it . I ordered the tankard requesting it to be engraved at 2.12 on wednesday and recieved it at 10.10 am thursday I live in rural dorset fantastic thank you 20 hours WOW”

“Very good customer services, polite, helpful, and understanding. Tankard came in perfect condition exactly as wanted, and considering it was shipped to Spain, arrived in less than a week from start to finish. Royal Mail as a carrier was a perfect choice for me, I have no complaints in any direction and would certainly use this company again.”
