“Very happy with my purchase (21st present). Preview of engraving was very helpful and reassuring, the mug is perfect - better than the photo really (highly polished). Presentation box was a nice finishing touch also. I was only unsure about the engraving font size as that wasn't quite clear to me, but it was fine. Arrived a few days after I approved the engraving (delivered to Edinburgh) so no problems at all. Thanks.”

“The quick service was exceptional and I loved the design they made on the personalisation tankard I bought. Really fast, came in two days and they was most helpful with all enquires, 100% would recommend to anyone if you’re looking to get a present personalised to a loved one!”

“I have bought several of your products over time and have always been very impressed with. Service is quick and communications very good. The other comment I would make, which I am sure due to technology is not possible. That is to be able to do more than 100 characters. I really have to think hard about how I can change the scripture to fit. Perfect Gift for loved ones.”
