“I have only praise for these guys. The communication was great, the machine arrived within the allotted slot and the driver was friendly and helpful. Oh, and most importantly, the price was right.”

“The first delivery didn’t happen as the order was missed. Spoke to customer services who did apologise and organised for the week after. Other than this, service and communication was superb. Would use again.”

“Ordered a dishwasher on line which was said to be in stock. Phone call few minutes later to say not in stock and had been discontinued. Offered a replacement. By time checked replacement Buywise closed for weekend. Ordered the replacement, but unable to deliver for 8 days. Had paid for installation and when running a rinse program to clean out before use the dishwasher stopped working during the cycle. Tried elec. bits to no avail. Couldn't get a replacement for another week so told them to cancel order. After persuasion arranged collection. Wife pulled machine out day before to disconnect and found that the water inlet was detached - obviously not put in right by their fitter!”

“We are more than happy with the service we received from Buywise. We ordered our new tumble dryer on Sunday and it was delivered for free on Tuesday. We will certainly use Buywise again in the future. Thank you very much for the friendly service and efficient transaction!”

“First, the price was very competitive -that is how Buywise came to my attention online (I hadn't heard of them before). The purchase process was easy. Free delivery was available, and an early date was given. When I rang Buywise about delivery, my call was answered promptly by courteous and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the neighbour who was to receive the delivery for me was out, but it has been easy to rearrange a delivery date with Buywise. Altogether, so far, a very impressive organisation. I will certainly go to them again, and would recommend them. Thank you !”

“Siemens model dishwasher ordered was out of stock and a good substitute offered under same purchase conditions. Delivery on time by pleasant driver. Small hiccup as to return of replaced appliance quickly and amicably resolved. New appliance working well with excellent warranty. Quick and excellent Email communication. Would recommend Buywise.”
