“Great company! Came accros them via the Which website. I signed up for a dishwasher which, as it turned out, had been superceeded. A very polite lady from Buywise took the time to phone me to explain that my chosen model had been discontinued and to offer me the newer version at the original price. They kept me well informed as to the progress of my order and it arrived bang on time. All in all the experience could not have been bettered.”

“It appeared that the Bosch washing machine that we selected and ordered was unfortunately no longer available, Buywise apologised and offered an alternative at the same price, which before we accepted, checked other suppliers prices and were unable to better it. It seems also that the machine has a better spec than our first choice and although we have only been using it a week are up to now delighted with it. Delivery was as promised, and arrived within the advised time slot, so can only say, an altogether pleasant transaction throughout, This is our first Bosch machine so it will be sometime before we could really comment on the machine itself and its reliability, but soundings in the forums by other users are favourable. Thank you Buywise.”

“Was limited by space when replacing old fridge freezer. Without exception, none of the possible replacements were anywhere near the quality of my old Hotpoint Ice Diamond (aged 17) and none matched the capacity. I could cater for a family of 5 before, now there are only 2 of us and not enough fridge space. Lack of shelving and flexibility are a real bugbear, as is poor, ill-thought out design. The ceiling light is obliterated by items on the top shelf, leaving the rest of the space in darkness. The shallow freezer drawers, being solid, will ice up unlike a basket drawer. I would gladly have paid double for a product of quality. (None of this is the fault of Buywise). It is fairly quiet, however.”

“There was a functional problem with the freezer we ordered but Buywise were absolutely brilliant and did everything they could to sort it out as swiftly as possible. Never heard of them before this purchase so was a bit nervous about ordering online but their customer service, including the really helpful delivery guys, was exemplary. Will always go to them first in future and have already recommended Buywise to friends/family. Great personal service - thanks.”

“First the delivery driver was so helpful, arrived within the time slot. He was able to place the item in the place I wished (it was not easy for him but he did) So a very big thank you for all of his help, also Amy who helped me with my purchase via the phone she was so brilliant. “Competitive pricing on a washing machine was reason for purchase. We agreed delivery date. On preceding day an email indicated the 2 hour time slot for delivery, The machine came in agreed slot. It was bought into the house & the old one efficiently taken away. A very efficient service which I would recommend to anyone & will definitely consider using them again when an appropriate purchase comes around.”

“They sent me an email saying the goods would be delivered between 10.30 and 12.30, and the delivery van came at 10. 25! The driver was very pleasant and helpful and I would shop with Buywise again.”

“The product was delivered on the date defined when we purchased it - this was approx 3 weeks later and although this is quite a long period compared to other suppliers the price we paid made it very worthwhile.”

“The crew that delivered my freezer went beyond the course of duty to enable the freezer to be placed in my utility room Although I measured the door way it was a fraction too large so an alternative entry point had to be found Please thank them. They were also very pleasant and I have already recommended your company to other friends”
