“Our driver from Glasgow to Southport on 2nd may was called Andy he was rude and grumpy . I have travelled with Caledonian many times and iwas always happy with my experience but this drip was ruined because of my driver's moody and rude way with myself and other passengers”
“Just returned from holiday to Republic of Ireland whoever planned this holiday destination had no consideration for those traveling. We traveled from central Yorkshire our destination was Enniscorthy about 70 miles south of Dublin we were taken to Stranraer to catch a ferry to Belfast the traveling is horrendous and ruined what should have been a lovely holiday. Never again with this company for me and I'm sure the rest of the passengers judging by the disgruntled comments on the way home.”
“Just returned from chester and liverpool was told by the driver before setting off we were a mixed coach a few only going to Chester sat and sun liverpool the rest had booked chester and liverpool a boat trip and the Beatle trip he said we all would have to be off out of hotel at 8.15 sunday morning as a guy was meeting the people who were going on the boat trip we had to have breakfast at 7 am what a rush . We got there for 9 am the boat wasnt setting off till 10 am ??? So why all the rushing . Nothing was open in liverpool sunday morning at 9am caledonian was not considering the few that had just booked chester and liverpool this is so unfair in my opinion”
“Just returned from weekend in chester & liverpool paul was our driver chester was first point of call had to find something to do for 5 hrs which was a tad long but saying that chester is beautiful and managed to keep busy on to hotel holiday inn 10 mins on coach and we were there truly exceptional place for a budget trip dinner was superb and breakfast was exceptional room was immaculate thanks to paige then the masterstroke in liverpool a guided tour through the town tour guide was gary friday it was just the best tour through back streets where the beatles lived and buildings that were identified with history by gary it was just an amazing 2 hr tour i would seriously recommend this tour fantastic”

“The bus driver was good .going to the metrople hotel Blackpool . Food was nice .its run down in places .no entertainment on just three quarters of a hour early on then bingo and that was it nothing after 8 30 PM other hotels had entertainment on .”

“Just returned from Norbreck in Blackpool with Caledonian Travel absolutely disgusted that they use this place its disgusting and so run down, we also got money and possessions taken from our room. Only good thing was our driver Robbie”
“Booked specific seats due to distance we were travelling as due to knee problems needed a little more room, even telephoned to make sure of this before booking arrived to find them taken, driver would not do anything about it when mentioned to him. Could not do the following days trip due to this and needed a day in bed when returned home which spoiled the whole break. Telephoned to complain told to email company. Emailed and no acknowledgement from them. They just take the money and run no customer service whatsoever never again.”
