“When I received the gas ring I felt that there was a part missing because of the difficulty in balancing a pot on it. I contacted Hamiltons who said that the product was complete. They were not interested in my view that I felt that this product was an accident waiting to happen. I hope you people take note. I placed an old oven shelf rack over the ring which provides some assurance that the pot will not slip off. I think you need to review the Health and Safety risks that attach to this product. In addition many reviewers have stated that the paint that immediately melts and ruins their pots. It would have cost me €20 to send the thing back so that was not an option. I put 2 product reviews on Hamilton's web site that have not been published. This reflects very poorly on Calor. It will be interesting to see if you guys make any response to this!”

Thank you for your feedback Paul, it is very important to us. I can confirm that there is no part missing from your boiling ring. The boiling ring you purchased is very large and is only suitable for larger pots. If a small pot is used on it this will make the pot unsteady. From the picture you have attached the pot you are using will not sit securely on the boiling ring due to its size.
