“Responses queries were very slow to be answered and sometimes the same answer was given to a previous query even though I had updated my question. Difficult to find how to telephone someone when not getting e-mail answers”

“Product came with a UK regulator. Even though domain and shipping address was ROI. Inconvenient.”

Thank you for your feedback Niall, it is very important to us. The product you have purchased comes with a Patio Gas Regulator which is only suitable to be used with a Patio Gas Cylinder. These regulators can be used in both the ROI and UK.
