“Incorrect item was delivered. 10mm instead of 9mm hose, also DOM was Mar 2019, enquiry to online chat said it would be a couple of month old. I phoned twice to explain and was fobbed off twice saying it would be collected by courier which has never happened. I was advised that 10mm would be ok it would squeeze on ok yet Flowgas website recommends not to use incorrect size gas hose. Overall a waste of time and effort, I have bought what I need elsewhere so I need a refund now, which I will try to do with my third phone call, after this I will ask my credit card provider to follow up. Regards Michael”

“I was searching for camp beds as we llan to camp around Ireland this year, Calor Ireland had the type I was after & at a better price than a wellknown online shop (including delivery). The communication was clear & helpful & my camp beds have arrived! Im sure I will buy more items as we learn more about camp life”

“I purchased a garden gas heater. The heater was delivered in kit form and required self assembly. The instructions were poor and connection to the gas pipe extremely difficult. On health and safety grounds, this product should only be supplied fully assembled. Brian Barry”

Thank you for your feedback Brian, it is very important to us. Unfortunately, if the Patio heaters were sent from the manufacturer already assembled they would need to be transported separately on a pallet which would incur a significantly higher transport cost and present a higher risk of transportation damage. This cost would then be reflected in the purchase price for the customer. We will pass your feedback on to the manufacturer as they welcome customer comments.

“Bought the Cadac BBQ Chef Pan Combo. Ha e not used it yet but surprised that a length of hose was not supplied. Looking forward to trying it out when we get away in our caravan.”

We do have a guide on the product page that informs customers which hose and regulator they need to purchase with their BBQ. We apologise for any inconvenience this caused you.

“ORDER PLACED ON 3RD APRIL - NEARLY THREE WEEKS LATER & STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER (SO MUCH FOR 3-4 DAYS DELIVERY) & NO REFUND EITHER! THEY ARE NOT BASED IN REPUBLIC OF IRELAND (BASED IN NORTHERN IRELAND) - TOLD ME THEY SENT MY ORDER TO UK!! TRACKING NUMBER DIDN'T WORK & COMPANY CAN'T LOCATE MY ORDER! VERY POOR SERVICE. HAVE NOT HEARD A THING IN A WEEK!!”
