“Having problems with my purchase for two weeks at this stage and still not resolved. The customer care is horrendously slow and lacking common sense. Just look at my email correspondence and you'll see why.”

We can see that our Customer Service Team has been in contact with you several times and recently spoke to you on the telephone to arrange a replacement regulator to be sent out. Unfortunately, we are experiencing a high volume of emails which is causing some delays in our response times however, our Customer Service Team is working their way through them as quickly as possible.
