“Order and delivery excellent. Couldn't ask for better.!! One slight problem and that is acquiring 5 or 7 kgs gas bottle. Most are 13kgs.”

“I wanted to buy a gas heater that uses the yellow 11.3kg bottle. I mistakenly (my own fault) purchased the mini to find that in the user directions with the heater delivered said I needed a 7kg bottle. Couldn’t find one locally (suppliers never heard of it) so I returned the heater and I am awaiting a refund. I then bought another heater that did use a 11.3 kg bottle but the regulator that was on the new heater didn’t fit the 11.3 bottle so I had to purchase and fit a new regulator. Delivery of both heaters was fantastic. It should be clearer about bottle size and regulator . I have told this to a few people and they all said they would expect a heater and regulator to fit a 11.3 kg bottle. If that is not what is on offer it should clearly say so. Hope comment is of benefit. Ger Power”

Thank you for your review, Jim. We are happy to hear you found our staff helpful. Whilst Calor no longer operate gas appliance showrooms, there are local independent retailers who have gas appliances on display. The Calor online shop is available to customers nationwide.

“I purchased from another company online a different cover. It was very disappointing and didn’t fit correctly. I am delighted with Calor cover it is slightly more expensive but worth the price excellent quality .”

“Hi needed a bigger propane cylinder for my caravan but the pipe from cylinder to regulator was different to 6kg cylinder ,saw your website and picked out the pipe arrived within 3 days and fits perfect and a reasonable price too ! Thank you”
