“Bit of a mixed bag here but still warrants a 5 * rating. First time using such an appliance (as a pensioner) and needed some assistance to help with setting it up, with no success even though all instructions were fully carried out. Turned out that the regulator (new on the market) needed extra SIMPLE instructions but after communicating with Mark, who went to great efforts to find out what was required by sending a video, which solved the issue. Note: I was not the only person to experience this problem. Cannot fault the "after service" so top marks - appliance is working like a dream.”

“This is my second gas heater in 2 years,my first one just stopped working and the weather was so cold I had to order an other one straight away I hope this one lasts me longer”

“Very pleased with my new portable gas heater. I’ve been struggling to get my office cabin (5m x 4m x 3m) up to a nice comfortable heat in the cold weather, but the gas heater easily does it , economically too. The electric oil heater it’s replacing seems completely outclassed in performance and costs. The gas heater does look very old school, I remember them in the 80’s in my parents but they work.. they do what you want so why change something when it works. I tried modern stylish heater fans but they were a disaster. Stick with what you know!”
