“Excellent service delivered immediately free of charge however when I tried to use the €10 voucher it was refused in 3 stockists I rang calorie got a lovely lady who said she would sort it out”

“Unfortunately the delivery driver was extremely inconsiderate, my parents are 82 and 81. He tried to leave the whole package outside the house. My dad asked him to bring it into the home. He reluctantly did then tried to leave the pallet on my dads driveway. He was beyond rude to my elderly parents”

We are sorry to hear that the delivery driver was rude towards your parents and we will certainly pass this on to our courier provider to look into further. Unfortunately, the product your parents ordered is an oversized item and is delivered on a pallet. Pallet deliveries are kerb side only and the driver is not expected to take the pallet or the product into the customer's property. The driver also does not take the pallet away with them. This is stated on our website to inform customers prior to an order being placed. We do apologise for the way your parents were spoken to and for any inconvenience or upset that was caused.
