“Received my patio heater Very efficient delivery Did not receive my calor gas vouchers towards the purchase of gas cylinder When I rang regarding this I was told they would be forwarded to me Never received them Regards”

“I received the wrong order firstly. I was supposed to receive the corrected order a few day later but this never happened. I called and I was told that someone forgot to send it out. It took 2 weeks in total to get my product. The person who forgot never even bothered to call me to apologise or anything.”

“I have already written mails of complaint. Fastway Courier did not complete the shipping label properly. In any event my Eircode was included but that was not used to locate my address. It took 2 weeks to get the order delivered.”

“Paid 645 euro for a BBQ missing part passed on to other company wanted pictures of what's missing telling me it's going to take weeks to get sorted So new BBQ with 3 wheels having to put on block of wood to use. I should have been given a new one straight away as it's dangerous to move very unstable”
