“I have sent a question, called customer service yesterday and told technical support would ring me I still have not heard anything. I have paid €420 for a patio heater that is not working. If I dont get a response today I will be escalating further.”

“Second time I ordered through calor Ireland, good and fair prices, quick delivery. Received a wrong product among the three items I bought, I wonder if I could make a return and get a refund, for this product. The other items are very good quality and functiona.”

“I find Calor great however they bump prices up substantially if not using as much but when you do use alot they dont lower again for at least a year. I dont recommend them and would move away if I had other options. What they are excellent at is knowing to top you up so you never run out.”

“After the first use, I left it soaking in water (normal procedure after making a rice in a paella pan) and now seems already rusty. I took some pictures, are like mustard-yellow spots all over the surface in contact with the water.”

Thank you for your feedback Donal, it is very important to us. Unfortunately, this product does not come with instructions. You just need to spray the liquid on the hose or fitting you wish to ensure no leaks are present in and check for bubbles. If bubbles appear then there is a leak present. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.

“Delivery was quick and pricing was good, but the item was delivered at 7am in the morning on a pallet so there was 80kgs box on a pallet left behind my car which prevented me from being able to move my car to get to work. The tracking information provided for the delivery by calor pointed to a website with no tracking. The product itself seemed like great quality but there is an issue with how one of the parts fits during assembly. I've reached out to the manufacturer but haven't received any satisfaction yet.”
