“Sievert 3460K Turbo Roofing Propane Gas Blow Torch: build quality is excellent easy to use and am very happy. Delivery was super fast. The only problem I came a across was the customer service I asked them before purchasing about the connection as they differ from ireland to Britain and was assured the connection would suit Irish propane bottle, so when it did not I asked the same customer service guy for help and was ignored, so went to local hardware who advised me to cut off regulator and attach one he sold me this did not work. So went to gas dealer who reattached the one I cut off and gave me a bolt which attaches to original regulator and than bottle simple and easy. Customer service caused a lot of unnecessary hassle for me.”

We are sorry to hear there were issues with your order, however we can see from our records that this was not reported to us, so not allowing us the chance to resolve it. We would have sent you an adaptor to convert the regulator so apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We do try and respond to customers as swiftly as possible but unfortunately, due to a high demand in heater sales and questions regarding heaters, it is causing delays in our response times. “I was very happy with my purchase but there was no connecting tube included & it was not made clear that I would need to buy one separately which I now need to do. Also, I have asked in the gas suppliers around me & no one seems to know where I would buy a 6kg cylinder.”
