“Very happy with the service, also when there was a problem with delivery ( not due to Calorgas) , they were very quick to respond to my query and also follow up after the item was delivered”

“I ordered on line and the process was very easy. I bought the item for hopefully rare use to boil a kettle if electricity goes off. I did not pay enough attention to checking the dimensions -- purchased the first item listed. It is a bit bigger than I would have liked, and I found it very difficult to source a "reducer" to facilitate using a smaller pan. All is OK, however--- but as I sugessted to the online store, someone should highlight, more obviously, the size of the item. Overall satisfied however.”

“This is the second Provence gas heater that I’ve purchased from Calor Ireland this year, this time for my daughter. We were delighted with ours so got her one too. The ordering and delivery process was straightforward with good communication throughout. Highly recommended.”

We can see that it was dispatched out from us on 27/09/22 but unfortunately, it has been held in the courier depot however, we have sent a duplicate order out to you following your conversation with our Customer Service Advisor.
