“Why do you sell a product with the wrong regulator for Ireland?”

Thank you for your feedback Seamus. Customer satisfaction and providing a good quality service to all our customers is very important to us. As we are based in Northern Ireland the regulator should have been changed or an adaptor sent but this must have been overlooked on this occasion. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
