“This really heats up the room so fast .10 to 15 minutes and we have to turn it off . We had an electric heater that used to be on for an hour and still not warm enough . This is December 2022 and the coldest week in years and this gas heater is just brilliant . Highly recommend.”

“Very fast delivery once ordered. Heater was pretty straight forward to put together and works really well. There is a purge of the gas line required that is not described in the instructions. Found the answer posted in the Q&A section of the website. Really happy”

“Excellent product. Only thing is with the synthetic logs. They only throw up 1 flame effect to the left side of the back plate. Not sure whether there should be more flame effect. It would greatly improve the heaters appearance.”

I can see you were dealing with one of our Customer Service Team and they advised that the address had been incomplete and so had went to another location. Once we spoke to DPD and resolved this the parcel was delivered the next day.

Thank you for your feedback Catherine, it is very important to us. Unfortunately, the product you purchased does not come with a hose and regulator, these need to be purchased separately. It does state on the product specification on our website that this product is not supplied with a hose and regulator. We also have a handy guide under the product's optional extras to assist customers in choosing the correct hose and regulator for their product.

As we are based in Northern Ireland the regulator should have been changed or an adaptor sent but this must have been overlooked on this occasion. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
