Thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us. We can see from our records that you sent an email a couple of days before we closed for Christmas informing us that there was an issue with your product. Unfortunately, we were extremely busy in the run-up to Christmas and did not get around to answering all of our help desk emails. We are currently closed until 3rd January however, we have some staff in trying to get through the emails were did not manage to answer before Christmas. We can see that our Advisor responded to you yesterday and is waiting for you to reply back with more information. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you and aim to have this resolved for you as swiftly as possible.

“The service and support I received was very good, however the heater I purchased has been very disappointing as it does not function correctly (it keeps cutting out even though operating in well ventilated area and unable to light at times). As of typing this review, I have requested to return the heater and receive a refund.”

“The "universal" regulator fitting I purchased from "calor gas.ie" was not compatible with my Irish Calor Gas bottle. Perhaps this could be highlighted in the product description for future reference.”
