“Delivered quickly but parts missing for assembly ,when we contacted your office we were told it will be 3 weeks for missing items to arrive.. it only took 2 days to arrive !!!!!”

Thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us. We apologise for any inconvenience with the delay in spares. As we don't stock the spare parts here, they have to be delivered to us from France, which can take a couple of weeks. We are currently looking into ways of speeding up this process.

“Was very impressed with the service, quality and price of this product. It was in stock when ordered arrived the next day?(I paid for express delivery but it was super fast). Price was really good and we used the cooker the following weekend and it is brilliant.”
