“My unit was delivered with wrong middle/ side parts.. unit endet up being to high for glass tube ... luckily my own builder had tools to shorten same and all working perfectly fine now. Unit is good enough quality, but would have been a nightmare to dismantle and send back!! Suggest quality control with manufacturers as guess it's coming from China....”

This was a known error with a batch of the patio heaters and the supplier would have sent out the parts to you as soon as we would have informed them. “Hi, I recently bought a patio heater, the flame tower, it is lovely, it came quickly, well packed and is as nice in reality as shown on site..the only down side was that it had 4 wrong parts in it...the top 4 uprights were missing and 4 wrong size ones included....I rang and they sent out replacements quickly, which is a great service....but if I had really needed the heater for an occasion, it would have been so disappointing.... make sure you make up the heater when you get it...ahead of any planned ocassion in case you end up with the same problem..beautiful heater...I am pleased with it.”

“The process from Calor was brilliant, and great customer Service. However, the delivery company Fastway need to be changed. Lost the package, sent it to the wrong depot, ended up having to collect it myself despite paying for express delivery. If it wasnt for the delivery would have scored 5 stars”

“Excellent customer service. I had a slight problem with my patio heater. No fault of Calor just a manufacturer fault which was resolved within two day. Fabulous people to deal with. I would give 6 stars out of 5 if I could. Thank you Calor.”

“I ordered a 10 mm gas hose for a boat cooker, the old hose had an expiry date of 2009. When I ordered the hose I included a note which said Please ensure the hose is in date as it has to pass a marine survey. The hose that was sent expired in 2018 !!!, calor were happy to take it back but what a lot of messing around, still waiting for my refund, what would you like me to say in your review?”
