“I had a case a few years ago, hired Campbell and associates. The lawyer handling my case left the firm. I was never notified until I could not contact him. I ended up receiving a letter from the firm stating that he was no longer handling the case there was barely any communication as far as the case and I try to obtain a another attorney for 3 1/2 years the case went on I was offered a very lowballing settlement when they were representing me for two separate car accidents that happened days apart, and also a lawsuit against a progressive claims agent. I had an injury I had an injury to my shoulders, neck and lower back which has long-term effects which I am still suffering. From now over the course of the years I was receiving pain injections due to the injuries. I declined the offer The lawyer called me about and received the offer paperwork two days later in the mail. When I contacted the attorney he had went on vacation. I contact his office and I received a response with him telling me that that was all the money that was left from the coverage for the case after losing everything and suffering being out of work for years I felt extremely pressured and pretty much forced into settling at the end of the breakdown of the pennies of the money. The lawyer ended up with more money than me. I requested a full breakdown of where every penny went, and most of it was supposedly used for paperwork and documentation collected they claim from doctors offices appointments and stuff that they had me personally collecting myself. I’m pretty sure there are dozens of other people who have had the same experience. I personally met a guy who had been low bald by the same law firm. Something needs to be done about this.”

“Hired Campbell and Associates Law Dec 2016 after a rear end collision to my car which was totaled. Four caseworkers, two attorneys, Two case workers quit the other two were wanna be attorneys, After waiting till now 2020 with no responds of a settlement, Then I was contacted by an attorney employed by Campbell,? Rachael Noorthoek was leaving Campbell Associates so I fired Campbell Associates and decided to go with Rachael and the law firm. of Jason E. Taylor, But what i was not aware of Rachel making a deal with Clair Campbell to pay 50% of the new attorneys fee. Half of $13,100.00 ? Rachel did not inform me the cost of the new firm would be $26.200.00 Wow ! $13,100.00 for Campbell and $13,100.00 for Jason E. Taylor. If i was told the cost i would have stayed with Campbell. Turns out I paid $13,100.00 for Rachels new job.
After several months we are now closing on a settlement, Rachel excepted the offer from State Farm, But i wanted to go to trial with a jury. Rachel said at your age 85, take the money Rachel Noorthoek insisted it was a good deal. It is a good deal for her new attorneys, Campbells Associates and the insurance co, Aetna for my operation and medications which leaves me not enough to purchase a car. Boy! I waited three an a half years and Rachel took most of my monies in a couple of months. At 85 she took advantage of me and impressed her new boss with $13,100.00 I would not recommend Campbell Associates or Jason E Taylor Law firm. Based on my experience with Campbell and Rachel Noorthoek . Attorneys are supposed to be on the clients side, not to use clients monies to benefit ones self. And,! Rachael was transfered to the Law office of Jason E Taylor up in Hickory,N C. I wonder why? No one in Hickory ,N.C. knows Her, YET.!”
