“The first case manager I dealt with at Campbell and Associates was very good. She kept in touch with me made sure she had everything needed and responded to my emails or calls. She has since left. I'm currently dealing with Sandra Urbina. I always have to initiate the call. When I leave a message she does not call me back. I have to stay in touch with her to make sure things are done. She was waiting for records from my medical doctors. I had to contact her and get a little upset asking why I have to initiate the calls and this information has not been received. She finally got on the phone that day and demanded that they send the information. I have not spoke to an attorney who is suppose to be representing me. I'm very disappointed that I hired this Law Firm to represent me because I feel I've done more work than they have!”

“It has been a couple of years since my association with Campbell and Associates. The associate assigned to me was Corrine and I found her to be very professional and thoroughly explained things to me. The decision was made not to pursue the question and so my association ended shortly.”

“I had never been in a accident before, and didn't know what to expect, or what my rights were as a victim. The associate I spoke with in the office was very friendly and professional. Because I wasn't seriously hurt, the recommendation was to accept the offer from the insurance company. I appreciate that Campbell and Associates was up front with me, and didn't waste time and effort chasing after something unfairly. Hopefully I won't be in this situation again, but if I am, I know who to contact.”

“I think its a shame that I am the one who was in the accident, and have lifelong problems with my back and Campbell & Associates took home more in the settlement than I did. I never met with anyone until it was time to settle, i didnt get ANY of my lost wages, it was rolled into what was left from the other person's insurance.. i felt like you took better care of the person that hit me than me and my dependents. I will NEVER recommend you. Prayerfully I will never be in another accident.”
