“Printed flyers are in a terrible format. Half are Landscape and half are Portrait and both delivered as 1 booklet. Make it easier for one to read. Thumbs format does nothing to make me want to shop at Cdn Tire - I'd rather trash the flyers immediately.”

“Had appointment today sept sept 10 2024 to have my car fixed I got a phone call from the Chinese guy answering the phone today.. he is very very rude and pushy.. I told him take my car off the hoist I didn't want it fixed to put it back together then he asked if I was going to pay for what was being put back together π of course I was πwhen I went in pick up my car I asked to buy the brakes and rotors the rude man that I spoke to on the phone asked me why I want to buy them and give me a weird look...I give this man's service ππ”

I'm saying they need to find a better way to do so . Plus if you decide on a job here you will not be told whether it's seasonal or not . They may hire you FT & then month or so later Good Bye without you knowing. So honestly people decision making for the company you want to apply ask questions before.”
“Short staffed. Needed a tool and a part for my slingshot. Both were in locked cabinets. I waited over 5 minutes for someone to show to open the tool cabinet. Then same thing for the slingshot cabinet another 5 minutes. There was also a lift blocking the tool cabinet and it could not be moved as there was nobody authorized to do so. It made it difficult to look at the items in the locked cabinet. Then at customer service when I paid I was told they were short staffed due to the cdn day holiday.”
