“I was in the south Red Deer, AB, Canadian Tire this afternoon looking at lawnmowers. A young man named Skyler approached me to see if I needed any assistance. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to the lawnmower products that Canadian Tire handles. He not only loaded my new lawnmower onto the shopping trolley for me, but he also met me at the front checkout with a quart of lawnmower oil, which I otherwise would have totally forgotten to purchase for my new mower. He then helped me out to my vehicle and loaded the lawnmower into it for me. Excellent customer service!”

“I appreciate the way I was accommodated by Jasmeet at Canadian Tire in Newton, Surrey, BC. I was looking for three jugs of Mobil 1 Truck and SUV 5W-30 oil which was not available in the shelf. She came to me and inquired what I wanted and told her about the oil, which I knew that the store had 8 in stock. She went to storage and brought two jugs and went back for the third jug. She is petite and I know that the jugs were heavy for her. THAT IS WHAT I CALL FIVE-STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST! Kudos Jasmeet and the store must be proud of having an associate like you! “Canadian tire Newmarket, Ontario auto service did a perfect job, Gord from the repair shop replaced my car's accessory belt and inspected the tensioner he found it working well and only replaced what was needed, reducing my repair fees that was supposed to be 400$ to 126$, I recommend them specially that they work on Sunday for any emergency repair needed!”

“Today, August 11, 2024, I was helped by Chelsea in the Mission Canadian Tire Store. Chelsea went over and above to assist me with a defective Bestway Flowclear #58390 pool filter that had caught fire beside my pool. I had purchased the pump under a year ago from her store with cash and no longer had the receipt. I was very fortunate I was home when the product failed as the fire was hard to extinguish(electrical) and would surely have melted the pool causing a catastrophic flooding into the downstairs tenants suite and my backyard. There is a one year warrantee but I did not have documentation. My word was taken as truth and Chelsea replaced my pump. Thank you. 5 stars.”
“I took my old car in for new tires and was a bit disappointed they couldn't do a wheel alignment on my project car , but the guy at the service station here explained why & I was able to get the issue fixed the very next day.
After 23 years of service the rear spring had broken. Anyways it was understandable that things wear out. Anyways I got it fixed the very next day and we were able to get the alignment .”
