“My dog is particularly reactive around other dogs and we have battled with many training techniques. Mainly trying to get his attention just before he 'flips out' so we can walk calmly past other dogs. This little gadget seems to be doing the trick so far, only time will tell.”

“They initially got my order wrong and sent me the wrong dog bed, but as soon as I wrote to them they responded immediately, sent a courier to collect it, and sent a replacement very quickly. overall, a good experience and i will shop with them again.”

“I bought non-slip socks as my dog was refusing to walk on the wooden floors at our dog training club. She was unhappy to wear them at first but became more used to them as time went on. She was able to walk on the floor with them on so a great success.”

“The product is good. But a bit big I did as asked and got the dogs measurements of the dog but the clasp you clip to the collet keeps coming undone and because it's a bit loose she steps out of it so it needs to be improved.”

“I found the strap that linked the rear to front harness wasnt long enough so Ive used a velcro strip to extend it, also as he as rear muscle wastage he hasnt much weight in that area so the rear strap didnt hold in place and when was lifted his legs were hunched up so Ive attached a strap under the tail across, works well. Good harness great idea just what I needed to help him up. Be interested to know if anyone else had the same issue. the back straps to hold inplace, works well.”

“Well made and does what it is designed to do. One small suggestion - hole in neck for lead could do to be a bit bigger on the larger size coats. Our golden retriever's lead isn't particularly chunky but quite fiddly to get through to link on her collar”

“Very helpful and friendly lady on the 'phone. The neoprene boots are very good for my paralyzed dog. They stay on!!! You do need to be careful that where they wrap around the leg they don't chafe the bony prominences. Slipping a soft felt or foam ring used for corns in the boot at this site has helped to lessen this. I have yet to use the repair gel.”

“I phoned for advice, the person I spoke to was a bit vague and could not help much . I did not get any advice. As the situation with the dog was urgent I ordered a pair of shoes which came quite quickly but were not suitable.,as the dog is a greyhound”
