“This is a great, the circulation seems to keep the water fresher. My dog prefers to drink from bowls / pots or anything else outside but he now uses this bowl quite a lot. If I could change anything about it, it would be the size - it could do with being a little bit smaller in my opinion.”

“The colour I ordered was not available but I was phoned promptly to ask if I wanted to alter my order. Once I had I was told when it would arrive. As it had not arrived several days after the promised date I emailed an enquiry. This was answered very quickly and I was told the article would arrive in a couple of days. Unfortunately I was going away and the order was held back and despatched so that it arrived the day after I returned. I was very impressed with the personal touch and, despite the order not arriving on time initially, I would have no problem with using this company again.”

“Prompt service only slightly spoiled by an unexpected email saying that the order had not been completed. This was soon sorted however and the purchase arrived quickly. The little boots were of good quality and helped to speed up the healing of our dog's paw.”

“I was very happy that I received an extremely helpful and pleasant phone call about my purchase, with advice based on experience. Definitely five star service. However, the boot I bought was still not ideal - my dog has big sprawly toes and it was difficult to get them into the boot, although it did fit well once they were in. She also needs a longer length for the leg, being a skinny lurcher, very much greyhound type. The boot usually stayed on long enough for the short time she was in the garden, but did come off once, and I wouldn't trust it to stay on as securely as I would like for any length of time. Will definitely use the firm again, though.”

“Purchased a rubber boot for my dog who had injured his paw. Went for the size recommended but when I tried to put it on him the boot split open. Disapointed with the product but service was very helpful and arranged a partial refund straight away (unfortunately I didn't get back the delivery costs, just the purchase price of the boot) but I will try them again next time I need something”

“The boot is well made, but for a Gs who has slimmer paws and longer nails I did find it difficult to get it over her bandages. She had a very nasty cyst which was removed by surgery and unfortunately got a little infected. But all is well now and the boot is safely stored away. Thank you so much for your excellent stock and swift delivery.i”

“Protection is really good. Downside is that the fastening did cause an abrasion sore on our dogs leg. We would still recommend these trainers.”

“Savic hygiene comfort pads. I bought these pads when my dog was diagnosed with early kidney failure and used them on the kitchen floor near her bed at night; she has only needed to use them three or four times and they proved very effective. I have continued using them at night but thankfully her kidney problem seems to be cured . She no longer requires medication! Maybe the comfort pads were the cure.!!”
