“I ordered one of your large soft buster collars weeks ago. I telephoned on 26/05/15, having heard nothing from you. Someone was going to ring me back to say what had happened to the order. Today, 28.05.15, I am still waiting to hear. In the meantime, you are holding the money for this purchase. This is not acceptable.”

Thank you for your review. I see you order the large cone collar which was in stock when you ordered and was despatched straight away. You returned the collar for a larger one, which has been out of stock for some time. Sadly, it is still out of stock. We did advise you of this and asked you if you wanted to cancel your order and receive a refund. Please let us know if you'd like to wait or if you'd prefer to receive a refund. Sadly, our suppliers still do not have the XL comfy cone available. Kind regards, Patricia

“Excellent product, promptly delivered, easy to set up. We use it in a 2015 Skoda Fabia estate, and it fits fine (without the extra bar). We're very pleased.”

“Bought a Self Standing Dog Ramp to use at the back of my Ford Fiesta to get my Labrador into the back of the car. The ramp arrived as advertised and was delivered on time and I am very happy with it. Will be looking at Canine Concepts next time we need something for the Dog.”

“Very poor packaging!!! And after contacting the company there has still been no reply. I have a dog grooming salon , show dogs . Won't be using again , and definitely won't recommend”

Dear Lisa, Thank you for your review. We did reply on the 13th April , two hours after your email and apologised for the packaging, which was sent directly from the supplier. We also passed on your comments to the suppliers, so that they can improve their packaging. We did ask if there was anything damaged or faulty, so that we could correct it straight away, but did not hear back from you. Please do give us a call on 01869 349 777, if there is anything to be rectified in your order.

“Very happy with the dog walk, sturdy and easy to assemble. The dogs love it. The only slight problem was having quite a long wait for delivery. Would recommend this product.”
