“I'm pleased with the turn around time. I was told it would be shipped to me on Monday, 5/13/2019, and instead I received it on Friday, 5/10/2019. The canvas material was good, and the frame it was wrapped around is solid and heavy. It also came with a hanger, which I wasn't expecting. If there was anything that could use improvement, it would be to have better instruction on the picture quality needed to keep the image from being blurry. (It would be great to have the minimum dpi, as well as the optimum dpi for each size.) Either way, I'm pleased with the end result, and look forward to doing more business with CPF.”

“Ordered 20+ Canvas wrapped art for my stores and as POS pieces they were excellent. Good quality, reasonably priced and delivered in a timely manner. I would definitely use Canvas Print Factory again and I recommend them.”

“I had some difficulty getting a clear picture for my canvas. I used the message feature on the website for customer support. I was more than pleased with the help that i received from employee Britny. She took her time and help me with my difficulties. Her patience and her knowledge was excellent. Because of her, i will be returning back to the site for feature projects and gifts.”

“This canvas print was the first and most important portrait of our family - ever. I was disappointed in the faded color but when I expressed my concerns, the customer service team did their best to retouch and reprint with only a S&H charge. I'm waiting to receive the retouched print. But the customer service team gets a rave review.”

“My canvases were great !! Shipped fast and packed with love. I read some bad reviews but those were from the one in New Jersey and mine came from Texas. I will be ordering soon for a 4th time .”

“I am very pleased. Especially like the fact that they have the technology to fit a photo in a smaller size canvas because they can avoid that wrap that takes out so much of the image. Colors and clarity seem true to the original. Most of all I love the. BOGO deal. THIS IS MY NEW GO TO PLACE FOR GIFTS!”

“Excellent QUALITY and SERVICE! The team has excellent communication and follow-up as well!... One of my photos was placed on hold, while they reached out to me to inform me that the image quality was lower than they would normally print, and that this would result in a somewhat blurry image. I love the fact that they reached out and didn't just print the low resolution photo provided. They also provided me with information on 'How to Obtain a Higher Quality Image', this information was very helpful. I resent a new photo and my canvas prints came out simply beautiful!...Canvas Print Factory puts quality and customer service first and for that reason along with their professional staff that is excellent with customer communication I give them a 10+ Rating!”

“I was pleasantly surprised with out come after reading the bad reviews. I was really happy with prints I do wish the color was more vivid like the actual photo so maybe with my next order ( yes 8 will be order more very soon) the colors will pop more!.. overall 8m very happy!”
