“The website acted up over a 24 hour period so it took 2 days to check out. Then the order arrives and it's wrong. You sent qty 3 16'x20' of the same picture, when I uploaded a different photo for one of the 16x20! I tried the chat and the email customer service and no one is helpful. By no one, I mean not one person responded by email and 1 person responded on chat until I told her there was a problem...then she no longer replied.”

“Difficult. My image was too large. I corrected that. Then I got to the checkout three times only to have my order dropped and I needed to start over. It seems to have been a problem with using Safari. Firefox worked. I got the canvas print ordered with the help of your customer support. She was helpful. The bill came through with the wrong $ amount. The discount wasn't applied. The wrong amount was debited out of my charge card. I marked "Acceptable" above, because the price was outstanding and I assume the rest will go well. The discount will get reimbursed to me. The work will be delivered by the end of next week. And that it will look good.”

“The design and ordering was very easy. My one issue is that the order was shipped to the BILLING address NOT the mailing address. Also it would be nice if a tracking number were provided once the order has shipped”

“Looked good! Do you do the wrap around on the canvas? (like adding 2 " all around for a border wrap around the wood frame)? Also, do you offer a spray service to seal the picture ink? Your site was referred by Allen Dulaney and he says Hi :-)”
