"If I had choice would give 0 stars bought downdraft extractor product code DD912BK 90cm hood and product came with lots of damage and some screw damage on it looks like been used or someone tried to install previously and returned to company failed to accept any responsibility. Nick said as it was bought 3 months ago they won\u2019t take any responsibility although it\u2019s been just opened and should be brand review couldn\u2019t install earlier as marble company only installed worktop recently. Seems to be refurbished sold as new reported as soon as taken out from box. Terrible customer service\r\nFurther to your message below I don\u2019t have option to reply he spoke to you in front of me and you refused to do anything further said if it\u2019s not working you can do partial refund why would I want partial refund for item not working\r\nThis is so badly damaged you should have replaced this I haven\u2019t even moved in yet and this was unused still in box when we took out was like this and photos were sent straight away as soon as taken out from box\r\nThis is clearly not brand new product I have never come across any company sending new product showing this much damage stuck between company and dealer did nothing about it If dealing is fitting Kitchen its there responsibility to check why they are delivered as they have ordered them now I am stuck with all this damage on product and them saying I should have checked fitters opened during fitting as was awaiting for worktop to be installed. Pictures attached how can this be brand new come out from box like this damage around screw and all these lines drawn pictures taken as soon as taken out from box"

"Very poor quality kitchen taps.\r\n\r\nSpent over \u00a3300 on a kitchen tap that has now corroded twice. The first time it happened I was sent a replacement spout, this time apparently it's impact damage.\r\n\r\nCaple: Putney Bridge Antique Brass Tap. \u00a3324.99. Might aswell buy the same looking tap on eBay for \u00a350.00.\r\n\r\nPoor quality goods with equally poor customer care."

"The oven has a van on for up to an hour after it\u2019s switched off. How are we supposed to save the planet and electricity with this wasteful idea!?\r\nA standby light on appliance is an extra \u00a380 a year so what\u2019s this fan? \r\nPoor design and apparent all cable oven have this. Will be trying to get a refund."
