“I had a Caple fridge and dishwasher in my previous home and never had any problems, so when replacing my kitchen in the new home I decided to go with all Caple appliances, Oven, Induction Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Extractor, Sink and Tap. I am thrilled, they look great and function well, at a fraction of the cost of other well known brands. Plus I have the knowledge that should there ever be a problem the Caple after sales team will look after me quickly.”
“I had a kitchen fitted in jan 2021, the fitter has made such a bad job,, plus its falling apart, doors have fallen off , all the appliances are cheap and branded with the cable name, hence the noise washing machine is Candy. STAY WELL CLEAR, ITS RUBBISH.”
“Avoid. Oven is less than 12 months old and has fallen apart inside. Ordered a new part in January and after constant chasing, now being told it will be delivered in July earliest. 6 months without an oven.”
“Bought a caple wine cooler only 3years ago and it has lost its ability to cool due to a manufacturing fault when pipes were not correctly joined and Caple are not interested at all. My advice is never buy a Caple product as you are lucky if they last at all due to reading other customers experiences.Poor quality products and poor company attitude to their customers who they clearly do not value!!”

Bought two integrated fridges in November 2019 for my new kitchen.
Both broke within the first year then broke again with same fault
I have had to replace both fridges
Customer services are horrendous to deal with

“Had a new kitchen fitted August 2020. Had a Caple tumble dryer TDI4000, integrated. From day 1 of being fitted it was causing condensation warping the cupboard doors even when we left the door open a bit for ventilation. The kitchen fitters have replaced the door 4 times, in the end I said mo point keep wasting doors. Caple customer service would not arrange for someone to come and look they just said it shouldn’t be behind a cupboard door, but it’s sold as an inebriated tumble dryer. Also the drum not starting now, have to push the drum by hand first to start it. We have ordered a new tumble dryer now not Caple. There is a filter at the bottom on the front as well as in the door fluff gets everywhere cleaning after each load.
Also have a Caple wine cooler but I think this maybe failing the digital display seems to be failing and wine doesn’t feel as cold. Not happy with Caple products.”
“Please see attached photos which show permanent marks on my Capel kitchen
sink and small marks on top of my Capel tap. The Marks on the sink top were
caused by hand wash liquid from a plastic "Carex Bottle".
*Please note I have not used any abrasive cleaning cloths/sponges or liquid
on these surfaces.*
The supplied sink and tap should not mark this easily and is therefore not
fit for purpose.”
“Only giving one as can't give lower. Placed an order which was listed as in stock amounting to over £1000, only to receive an email shortly after to state was not going to arrive for over 7 weeks. After multiple emails to cancel my order, I finally got a response saying that my order had been cancelled and the refund was being processed by worldpay, and that there was nothing else they could do. Still waiting over a week and still no refund or communication. Very disappointing.”
“I hired a company called SMG Installations to fit in a brand new kitchen with all appliances from Caple;oven, microwave, hop,extractor, dishwasher etc. Kitchen was complete end of October 2020. After 6 months the oven broke switches off completely no lights no clock total black out then switches on after 10 minutes then back off etc. We as a family with 2 kids depend on the oven for meals you know; nuggets and patties etc so contacted them for help as the appliances are still under their warranty they said I need to send the original purchase invoice. I told them I registered all the appliances with them straight after the installation and that I have attached a copy of the warranty regerstration letter with purchase dates and appliances details besides they have all my details in thier system. They replied that they can't process the service request without the original invoice. Now the appliances were purchased by the company that fited the kitchen and so I don't have the invoice and so I am stuck with no oven and not knowing what I can do. Really poor customer service leaving me high and dry when they know that Caple sells mainly through contractors and that I did register the appliances with them and have the registration letter. Why do I need to register the appliances in the first place if I have to keep producing the original invoice every time I have a problem. Really disappointed and upset and even if I find the invoice I will never recommend Caple again.”
“The builders put a Caple dishwasher in our new house. It died on Christmas Eve (handy with a house full of people) it was exactly 3 years old. It has been replaced by a Bosch, it is quieter, and has more programmes. I wouldn't touch Caple again.”
“We had a complete new kitchen install and went for the CAPLE products which included Double Ovens, Microwave combination, Steam/Grill combination, Chimney extractor, Hobs etc - total of 7 items. Items where premium end with touch sensor controls and auto cleaning functions etc.
WHAT A BIG MISTAKE !!
Absolutely gutted that within 5-6 years - 5 (FIVE OUT OF SEVEN !!) of the items have FAILED/NEED REPAIR.
(Old HOTPOINT appliances which where 15 years old where still in god working order but dated ).
CAPLE not interested as they are out of warranty - suggested we arrange for local engineers to repair.
If you are looking for reliable products to stand the test of time - FORGET CAPLE brand - many more to choose from out there.”
“It is 2 years since we had a new kitchen fitted,the tap we have is a Caple
product & I thought it would be out of warranty when it started dripping.
I tried without success to get fresh ceramic cartridges & contacted the
company,they asked how long Id had the taps,took my Adress & said the
new parts would be with me next morning,no cost because the taps are
guaranteed for 5 years,this morning first thing they arrived.
I am so chuffed,what fantastic service.”
