"PIONEER TS-W32S4 12\"\r\nPioneer always great quality, the seemless cone causes less reverb and a lower tone make sub bass sound nearer to it's true tone because it has greater surface area to resonate. Deeper sub bass than domed woofers\r\nQuick service, arrived on time, no faults, great prices.\r\nI have bought other products in the past, no problems."

"I orders a car fascia kit for my Toyota Yaris and orders for the correct model of car. The sides of the main fascia part had snapped in transit so screws couldn't be fitted correctly and also the width of the fascia doesn't fir into existing car fascia sections."

“Car audio centre is the go to if anyone is looking for audio to dash cams etc. I bought the DB Trex 15” SUB and Ilford branch done so well. Last year I bought an XT10 sub but I wanted something bigger and more powerful, they wired up my XT10 sub and amp for my brother and done my DB Sub too. This will always be my favourite place to go, advise is always given and they’re always doing the right things. I can only trust car audio centre staff with my car, they’re really straightforward, hats off to the the Ilford branch who are always happy to help no matter what.”

“Could not be more un-helpful if they tried and have lost me as customer. Called to ask about a rear view camera, needed info on relay required for VW T5 that was required (apparently). The person on the other end was useless and seemed utterly fed up. I asked if it came with fitting instructions and was told that they stock thousands of products and sell them cheap so offering fitting advice wasn't possible. I didn't ask for fitting help, I asked if it came with fitting instructions! This was what got the 1 star... he told me it would be easier to buy the relay anyway as it was cheap and see if it comes with fitting instructions....Okaaaaaay then! What a clown, what a company. I then called Halfords who were very helpful. They told me the camera is relatively easy to fit. Regarding the relay, I was put on hold for a few minutes and was told that no relay was required as their records show they have fitted 3 cameras to VW T5 and non which required any replay, as it plugs into the head unit. Naughty Car Audio Centre. I have attached the 'Contact Us' statement so you can amend it to reflect what you really mean.”

“I read many reviews which a couple of them was negative, I've notice the negative was old ones, mostly for delivery time which I didn't care about that. I couldn't create account so I call them, customer service respond fast, was very helpful and I made online order after. I've ordered an Pioneer amp, it came with the best price everywhere even in Europe, plus gift a wire kit. Delivered in 3 days in really good package. I haven't install the amp yet so I don't know how they will respond in the event of faulty amp. If everything goes ok I believe this store is one of the best all over stores in UK. I'll definitely buy from them in the future.”
